Five minutes to run the launch checks
1. Prepare your exact code
Your business ID is shown in Dashboard > Widget. It is not an API key and belongs in the public widget code.
Paste the full ID and Scoutform will build the snippet without changing anything else.

2. Choose where your website is managed
Menu names vary between website plans, but the script always needs the same site-wide body or footer position.

Open the site-wide custom code or code injection area in your website builder.

Add the Scoutform script at the end of the body or in the footer, and apply it to every page.

Publish the website, then open the public site in a private window to test the widget.
Test before traffic arrives
A visible launcher is not the finish line.
Run one real visitor journey from question to lead notification. That catches missing business answers, an incorrect email address, and mobile placement issues before a prospect finds them.
