Terms of service
These terms outline the intended use of Scoutform AI while the product is being prepared for public launch.
Service
Scoutform AI provides a web dashboard and embeddable assistant for business knowledge, website chat, lead capture, and subscription-based usage limits.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for making sure the business information, uploaded documents, and website content you provide are accurate and permitted to use.
Acceptable use
Do not use Scoutform for unlawful content, spam, deceptive lead collection, sensitive regulated advice, malicious uploads, or attempts to bypass rate limits or platform security.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Plan limits, pricing, and features can change, but current customers should receive reasonable notice for material changes.
AI output
AI answers are generated from configured business context and may need human review. Businesses remain responsible for checking important claims, pricing, availability, and legal or professional advice before relying on them.
