It is instructed to answer only from retrieved business context and to offer follow-up when information is missing.
How does the widget get installed?
Paste the generated script tag into your website footer or tag manager. It loads the branded floating chat widget.
Can I upload PDFs?
Yes. PDFs and plain FAQ documents are parsed, chunked, embedded, and stored in Supabase with source metadata.
What happens when a lead is captured?
Scoutform stores the lead, links it to the chat session, records usage, and sends an instant email notification.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Stripe Checkout handles subscription creation and Stripe Customer Portal handles plan management.
